The candidate must have two to three years experience in real estate operations and should possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
Candidates will be required to handle accounts up to the finalisation, and must have Good knowledge of accounting principles.
With Skills in:
-Maintaining accurate financial records & preparing clear & accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use
-Reviewing and verifying accuracy of data
-Organizing own work, setting priorities and meeting critical deadlines; and Communication to interact effectively with co-workers, managers & subordinates sufficient to convey information and to receive work direction.
