Executive assistant – Bahrain


Job Description:
Wael Pharmacy a leading healthcare distributor in the Kingdom
of Bahrain is looking for talents with ambition, commitment,
innovation and sense of urgency to work as EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT.
Job Responsibilities:
= Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
= Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences & travel arrangements
= Implement and maintain office systems
= Set up and maintain filing systems The key
 Qualification Requirements:
= BA graduate or equivalent degree
= Very good knowledge of MS office.
= Preferably a Female Bahraini.

= Minimum three years' experience in
Secretarial & Administration.
= Strong communication skills (Bilingual)
with good typing speed.
