A leading manufacturer and distributor of Food and Beverage products urgently requires the following positions. All positions will be based in Kuwait.
Product Development Manager in Food QA/QC Dept - Ref No: SDM-102:
- Ensure consistent and timely delivery of projects for evaluation and launch.
- Coordinates the testing phase of any new developed product in groups of people from within and outside the company.
- Investigates and acts on areas of improvement to our existing products.
- Ensures that all new raw materials and products comply with Kuwaiti, Gulf or International standards.
- Ensures that product recipes, declarations, are as per established standards.
- Co-ordinates and ensures that the evaluation schedules of development shelf life samples are followed and up to date.
- Manages and leads a small team of development professionals.
- Bachelor Degree in Dairy or Food Technology or similar industry related degree or equivalent is required.
- 15 years experience within a food manufacturing organization, preferably, of which 5 years in an Operations
- Production or Process Management role in food processing or packaging, &/or 2 years experience with in a Product Development Team.
