Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a reputable University.
· 3-5 yrs of training-related experience of telecom services and IT.
· Up-to-date knowledge for Mobile Phones, IT and system software.
· Experience developing learning materials, completing needs analysis, and delivering training to various employee levels.
· Excellent communication and motivational skills; both written and verbal
· Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, etc.)
