- Degree Holder in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in Abu Dhabi
- Familiar with the Agencies submission requirements and work flow for Civil & Structural Plan plan submission
- Knowledge of utilities application requirements and processes
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Positive attitude, team player with good interpersonal and communication / written skills
- Able to communicate in Arabic would be an added advantage
