CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER: The position will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Customer Service
Centre. Candidate needs to have good communication skills, good computer skills, a positive attitude, be a team player and able to work under pressure.
The selected candidates will have completed at least high school with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar post. They must be team players, possess a pleasing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills, and must be well-groomed and presentable. All candidates should have the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service skills & demonstrate a successful track record.
The position requires working in shifts. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
