Manager, Visual Merchandising
- Able to manage a team of visual merchandisers and guide them accordingly.
- Coordinate with technicians and staff for the proper and safe implementation of display designs.
- Keep track of the purchasing trend of the customers and strategizing presentations accordingly.
- Good leadership and motivational skills so as to effectively lead a team of subordinates.
- Develop floor plans and three-dimensional presentations of goods and services in order to maximize sales.
- These include window areas, interior point-of-sale displays and special promotions.
- Design window or internal displays based on a theme, style or trend of advertising.
- Arrange ticketing and signage.
- Should have a creative bent of mind for conceptualizing designs.
- Have good hand-eye coordination; color sense.
- Have good drawing and designing abilities.
- Have 3 to 5 years of Visual Merchandising experience preferably with a high end department store or a brand.
