Secretary/Stenographer - Dubai, UAE


An International trading company of a multibillion USD Indian group located in Deira, Dubai requires on an urgent basis:

Secretary / Stenographer - With good English communication skills; knowledge of MS Office, shorthand mandatory; good typing and dictation speed. 

- Arrange conferences, meetings and travel reservations for office personnel. 
- Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence & reports. 
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries & direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. 
- Mail new letters, promotional materials & other information. 
- Maintain scheduling & event calendars. 
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
