Manager, Treasury
- Preferably with GCC experience.
- Sound understanding of IFRS and GAAP.
- Practical understanding financial instruments (IRS/SWAPS/OPTIONS), Forex hedging and structured product works.
- Knowledge of local banking regulations.
- Analyse and comment on Financial Report and advice for enhancements.
- Handling Bank Facility renewals and updating the facility documentation as required for the group.
- Ensuring compliance with financial covenants of all the banking facilities.
- Independently can prepare financial statement including cash flow.
- Reconcile different bank accounts, internal & external borrowing and investments accounts.
- Ensure Group's financial requirement is met, including repayment, interest payments and covenants.
- Prepare bank status report to meet day to day funding requirement.
- Manage cash and investments to maximise income and minimise costs in line with profitability of group companies.
- Liaise with Payable and Receivable department for arranging funds to meet the working capital.
- Reduce and manage the current interest rate exposure of the company.
- Manage day to day banking relationship and correspondence.
- Develop and manage cash forecasting and budgeting models for upcoming business opportunities and to meet shortages in working capital requirement.
- Manage company and personal investments and maximise ROI.
- Have minimum ten years experience in same field
- CPA or equivalent.
